Builds and operates the runtime the crew works in. When your systems need wiring, when something breaks at 2am, when a new capability needs to exist — that's Travis's desk.
POLICY ADMINISTRATION
Owns the technical policies: which models run, what data crosses which boundary, how your instance stays isolated, and the security posture of the whole installation.
AI GOVERNANCE
Answers to the same record as the agents — every runtime change is logged, and crew capability upgrades go through the same gated review. The engineer is inside the system, not above it.
ESCALATION
Owns incidents end to end: detection, the stop, the fix, and the written post-mortem on the record.
